Purpose

Indians have always been able to preserve their culture and pass it along from generation to generation for centuries. However, the present-day modern lifestyle has caused serious damages to the critical role played by a family system in preserving the cultural values and traditions which have been passed on to the next generation.

There are a lot more issues when you think about the first-generation kids who were primarily raised abroad and who struggle to relate to the Indian ways. OHM NSW has taken upon themselves to pass on the collective age-old traditions and values to the next generation by organising cultural programs, celebrating festivals and by making it fun, meaningful and educational.
